Terms of Use
These terms apply when you use the Ocylo website, join early access or use the Ocylo app. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Ocylo. Questions: hello@ocylo.com.
About Ocylo
Ocylo is independent software for direct sellers and network marketing teams. Ocylo is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any direct sales or product company. Company names and logos shown on our site belong to their owners and appear only to describe the kinds of sellers who use Ocylo.
Early access and referrals
- Joining the early access list is free and does not guarantee access by any date.
- Your place in line can change. Each eligible new friend who joins with your link and confirms their own email address moves you up 5 places, to a minimum position of 1. Existing sign-ups, duplicate addresses and self-referrals do not count. Three verified referrals earn first-wave priority; an actual access invitation is separate and is not guaranteed by any date.
- Share your link only with people you know or in your own posts. Do not spam, buy sign-ups, create fake or duplicate accounts, or use automated tools. We may remove referrals or sign-ups that break these rules.
- Referrals have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred. We may change or end the program at any time; places already earned will be honoured where we reasonably can.
Your account
You must be 18 or older and able to enter into a contract. Keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.
Your content and your customers
You own the information you put into Ocylo, including notes about your customers and team. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for:
- having a valid reason and any consent needed to keep information about other people and to contact them;
- following anti-spam laws, such as Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation and the US CAN-SPAM Act, when you send messages;
- following the policies of the company whose products you sell, including rules about websites, social media, product claims and income claims.
Ocylo helps you write posts and messages, but you decide what to send and you are responsible for it. Do not make medical claims about products or promise income.
Acceptable use
Do not use Ocylo to break the law, harass anyone, send spam, upload harmful code, try to get into accounts or systems that are not yours, or copy or resell the service.
Shop pages and orders
Where enabled, shop purchase links send customers to the product company's official store. The seller and customer must confirm the seller attribution in that store's checkout. Ocylo does not process product payments or handle company orders or returns. Sellers can separately record their own stock and in-person sales in Ocylo.
Fees
Early access is free and subscription payments are currently off. If we introduce paid plans, prices will be shown in US dollars before you choose a plan, and you will not be charged unless you agree.
Changes and availability
We are building Ocylo and will keep improving it. Features may change. We try to keep the service available, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
Ocylo is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 Canadian dollars if you have not paid us. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
Ending your use
You can stop using Ocylo and ask us to close your account at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Courts in British Columbia have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.
Changes to these terms
If we make important changes, we will update the date above and tell you before they take effect. If you keep using Ocylo after that, the new terms apply.
